Sport Fruit
Description
Nutr!Break® Sport Fruit is a variation on the well-known pâte de fruit, a delicious vegan fruit-based snack made from natural ingredients.
Nutr!Break® Sport Fruit is rich in carbohydrates, easily digestible and less stressful on the stomach compared to other more liquid carbohydrate solutions such as energy gels. Ideal for an energy boost!
on top, this fruit bar also contains the more slowly available low glycemic isomaltulose in addition to quickly available carbohydrates. An ideal mix of fast and slow release sugars for an even supply of energy during physical exertion, leading to improved sports performance also in view of the finish.
After all, if you take isomaltulose before exercise, for example, your blood sugar level after an hour of exercise will be higher than that of someone who chooses sucrose. At that moment you have more energy to feed your muscles.
In addition, the carbohydrates are present in a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose, which appears to be an optimal ratio to ensure a smooth sugar absorption by our body.
The extra added sea salt supports a smooth absorption of sugars in the body as well as replenishing a loss of salts through perspiration during exercise.
Nutr!Break® Sport Fruit also does not use preservatives, nor synthetic colors and flavors.
Use
Nutr!Break® Sport Fruit is ideal for use before and during exercise.
It is tasty, easy to digest, low on the stomach and due to its unique mix of fast and slow release carbohydrates it gives that extra energy to continue where others give up.
1 bar contains 20 grams of carbohydrates, to be taken 15 to 30 minutes before exercise and then 1 bar every 20-30 minutes during exercise longer than 1 hour.
Of course always ensure sufficient fluid intake during exercise!
