Ready to test it?
Ingredients
- 300mL semi-skimmed milk
- 50g Nutr!Break® Isomaltulose
- 150g oatmeal (or oatmeal flour)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
1/ Dissolve Nutr!Break® Isomaltulose in semi-skimmed milk, afterwards adding the oatmeal
3/ Leave it rest for 30 minutes to properly hydrate the oatmeal
3/ Separate the eggs, and stir the egg yolk and the vanilla sugar into the oatmeal porridge
4/ Beat the egg white to a firm foam and fold the protein foam into the oatmeal porridge
5 / Heat the frying pan and bake 😊
